Over the past years, we have helped hundreds of individuals in our community improve their mental health and well-being. Our goal is to offer potential housing in the below areas.
We provide a range of programs and services to support mental health, such as counseling, support groups, and educational workshops.
One crucial aspect of our housing programs is that they offer supportive services that enhance housing stability. These programs address the multifaceted needs of veterans by providing case management, mental health counseling, and employment assistance. For example, veterans may face challenges related to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or other mental health issues, while first responders may struggle with their demanding work schedules. Our nonprofit creates a conducive environment for stability and growth by combining housing with these supportive services.
Our communities provide a place for veterans to rest at night and integrate into the community. They no longer have to be placed on the outskirts of town or under a bridge, where they are left as an afterthought.
America has a long history of citizens serving our country in the military. While some have successfully transitioned back into civilian life, others have struggled. Unfortunately, many of our honorable veterans have found themselves homeless for various reasons. The mission of the On Your Six Foundation is to assist these veterans in coming off the streets and finding a new, productive life in a secure community. The foundation aims to create energy-efficient and affordable housing communities, as well as training programs and job opportunities for the residents. Additionally, ongoing coaching will be provided to ensure personal success. This approach creates a safe haven for veterans to connect with others who have had similar experiences, providing strength in numbers and security in coordination.
We are deeply grateful for your contributions. We kindly ask that you consider giving in increments of 6, such as $6, $60, or donating six times.
